Refund/ Exchange Policy (Applicable to the purchase of products in Hong Kong or Macau)

1.     Exchange of products can be made within 20 days from date of purchase with original receipt at any le saunda’s shops in Hong Kong or Macau.

2.     No refund or exchange will be made for any “on-sale” products.

3.     Any returned products must be unused and le saunda reserves the right of examination.

4.     Any returned products can only be exchanged for products of the same or higher value and customer is liable to pay the difference. No credit will be given for exchange of products of lower value.

5.     Any reserved products should be collected before the expiry date or otherwise deposit will be forfeited without further notice.

6.     In the event of any dispute, le saunda reserves the right of final decision.
